Nokia joins the notebook world with its notebook 3G booklet
Well its about time now for nokia when they try out their hands on something new. Nokia has been recently in the news for their tie up with Microsoft as well as their ongoing project related to the much speculated 3G notebook project. Nokia yesterday confirmed the existence of soon to be launched Windows based Nokia 3G booklet, a mini notebook based on the Intel Atom(Z530 running at 1.6 Ghz). The Key features according to the sources will include a stunning(claimed) 12 hour battery life, 3G/HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, HDMI port (for HD video output), 10″ glass HD-ready display and integrated A-GPS. The Nokia Booklet will weighs in at 1.2 kilograms and is 2cm thick. The products Market availability and pricing information will be announced at Nokia World next week, but rumors are strong that it will be sold at around $800.
