Microsoft guys suggestions include the usual disabling unwanted services, disabling visual effects or to adjust search settings. This are overall basic stuffs that most geeks do after installing Vista or any other OS. So it means experienced users will probably not find anything new in the guide that they do not already know about. But this PDF is a nicely-laid out and detailed package.
