Dell’s unveils The Nickelodeon Inspiron Mini, 4 the kid within you

Dell is making news again with the official unveiling of the lastest Inspiron Mini Nickelodeon Edition netbook PC especially designed for kids and the kid within you. Dell and Nickelodeon have teamed up and the final result is what we see in the pics below. Stocked with an Atom N270 processor (could have been better), 1GB RAM, up to 160GB hard drive, a 10.1-inch LCD display, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 1.3 Megapixel webcam (the kids are gonna like it but parents won’t), the hardware configuration suggests that it is built around the Mini 10v’s. Notebook is designed to look like it has been slimed which gives it a nicer fell to it. The price is unknown till now, but we can assume that it’ll very close Mini 10v’s $300 as both comes with the same hardware inside. apart from the fancy pint-job. Security wise it will come with a load of parental controls options thanks to a 15 month trial version of McAfee and bundled too will be a handfull of educational applications targeted especially at the kids. The best thing about this notebook is that it weighs only 3 pounds, making it one of the lightest notebooks around and thus the kids will easily be able to carry it with them around anywhere. The Nickelodeon Inspiron hits Dell’s online stores and other (stores) sometime in October later this year.

Water proof your iphone with new waterproof pouch from Sanwa

Water proof your iphone with new waterproof pouch from Sanwa

Recently Sanwa released the 200-PDA016, their so called waterproof pouch for iPhone 3G and 3GS. The pouch will let you work with your iPhone up to 30 minutes under 1m of water maximum, which seems pretty decent said that I had my fare share of experiences of dropping my phones in water every now and then. This waterproof pouch could come handy for your outdoor camping trips. But the waterproof pouch is one of the most ugliest that i have ever seen and belive me once you put iPhone inside the pouch you won’t even recognize your phone any more. My suggestion is to get a waterproof phone rather than put your iphone iPhone in this lord ugly pouch.

Google launches Official Themes for Chrome

August 5th, 2009

Google’s open source web browser browser Chrome is gaining popularity and google spiced up things a bit with the launch of the official Theme Gallery for Chrome. There are 29 different themes to chose form but Unfortunately, most of theme packages do nothing more than changing the colours of the existing interface and most of them looks quite horrible. These themes only work on the latest developer builds ( 3.0.193.2 or above). For those who were waiting for some new and eye candy themes all these 29 themes will be bitter disappointing. With horrible and awkward colour combination’s in some themes sometimes it becomes even difficult to see tabs properly, making you wonder if the themes were designed by bunch of 5 year olds. Another frustrating fact is that none of these themes do not change the look of the buttons, icons, font or any other such element of the entire Chrome skin it simply changes the background colour of the skin.

To tell you the truth, any guy can pick up any girl, but a lot of factors depend on how things could go.
