Giving yourself space: You can recollect whatever you did for the day just before you sleep. It helps me a lot.

Planning: You can keep a white board and write the things to do. Whenever you finish something, circle it and cross it  out on the white board. It gives great joy when you see how less you have to do for the day. Always be optimistic. It&#039;s better to say the jug is half full than saying the jug is half empty.</description>
