I have to admit, I’m a little jealous guy. Jealous maybe about work or things that I like. That’s pretty much that. But not those intense types as few people seem to experience.
But sometimes jealousy with a little intensity does cloud me up. It easy enough to get jealous about something, say your college crush is dancing with another mate, your wife talking with the neighbor who looks more charming then you.
Jealousy doesn’t needs to be just men and women relationships, it can happen with anything your friends, family, work, skills etc. Jealousy can easily become your self destruction button. I just want the things that I speak about could be a lifesaver for you.
Stop comparing yourself with others.

Working from home and still earning enough to sustain a living is something everyone would like to do. Well being able to work from home and still earning good is liberating yet scary.
Liberating it is simply because you are the boss, the employee, you have the full authority and responsibility to the decisions you take, yet its scary, if you have quit your permanent job and end up bankrupt in 2 months then its only you who is to blame. For last 1 year I myself have done quite well with my flagship blog. I’m just a college goer trying to pay up my student loan and helping out my family. If a dumb like me can do it, I’m sure there are lots of talented individuals that only need a little courage and motivation to break free.

Concentration is something that even I lack. But as I have gone through my day to day business, I have realized concentrating isn’t that tough after all. People do think lack of concentration is simply because we don’t have it. Everyone has it, it’s just you need to discover it.
Their are several factors that effect the concentration level of a human. I personally feel that few simple things can make a world of difference. These 5 tips will help you excel in multitude of high highly creative activities like writing, brainstorming, presenting, marketing etc.
Giving yourself space. I found out that few moments off from the daily life, just to gather my thoughts does indeed boosted my confidence. I dono how this works out, but talking to myself without anyone in a calm place helped build my confidence and concentration. Its because your brain needs relaxation which is very necessary for birth of new ideas.

Recently i caught the twitter bug, since then i have been trying different twitter clients for easy communication between my twitter friends. I have tried few Adobe Air clients, java things but nothing seemed appeling until i found out TwitterFox.
TwitterFox is a Firefox extension that notifies your friends’ tweets and lets you tweet them. Being a Firefox extension I don’t need to get out of my browser to keep myself updated with the tweets. The extension adds a tiny icon on the status bar and notifies you when your friends update their tweets. Also it has a small text input field to update your tweets.

Bittorrent sites these days are infested with fake, scams, DRM phishers, etc. After downloading for ages a torrent to find that you’d been duped by a fake download, makes me go crazy. This is where a nice website named SeedPeer comes to play.
SeedPeer ensures torrents are of their highest quality by verifying downloads before it seeds them in its verified torrents section. Every torrent added to SeedPeer is checked and validated by administrators before it is seeded. Hasta la vista! fake torrents.

Taking screenshots for your tutorials or usual posts is a pretty tedious process - doubly so if you have a blog or work as a journalist. The simple process that starts from taking the shot to editing and atlast optimizing is a very time consuming affair. However, there are several tools that make screenshot capturing a easy work.
Standalone Programs
SnagIt - I’ve been a huge SnagIt fan for a long time. It’s a staple ingredient in my must-have list of tools. Definitely one of the best programs for screenshot capturing. The Snag is it costs 39.95 bucks, but you can try out a free trial version before buying.
HandySnap - Another Snag It like application. It take snapshots of any portion of the computer screen and lets you insert comments and various graphics to captured images.
Paparazzi! - a tiny application for Mac OS X that lets you take screenshots of web pages.
